No-Show, Late Cancellation and Late Reschedule policy

We are dedicated to provide you with the best possible service. Due to limited availability, late cancellations and late rescheduling negatively impact our operations and hinder our ability to serve other clients. These policies are in place to help us keep our doors open and continue to give our beautiful clients stunning lashes.

By booking an appointment with LASH Plymouth you agree with our No Show policy, Late Cancellation policy and Late Reschedule policy as described below:

No-Show is the event when the client does not show up for the appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and did not contact the salon to cancel the appointment in advance. No-Shows will be assessed a fee equal to the full price of the booked service.

Less than 24-hour Cancellation or Reschedule is the event when the client cancels or reschedules the appointment within less than 24 hours of the appointment. This cancellation or rescheduling will be assessed a fee equal to the full price of the booked service.

Less than 48-hour Cancellation is the event when the client cancels the appointment within the time period between 48 to 24 hours before the appointment. Late Cancellation will be charged a $75 fee.
